About
This course combines software design, immersive virtual reality and augmented reality experience design, mobile app design, web design and creative arts design skills to support employment outcomes that differ from those of traditional IT or creative arts degrees. This intersection of technical and artistic skills offers graduates opportunities to extend their design skills into the application of technological products.

Students are prepared for careers in design and design related disciplines and for opportunities to work at the fusion of the technical and creative processes to develop new products for contemporary lifestyles. This course is part of a suite which includes a core of fundamental design knowledge that is taught across all the specialisms. Specialist areas then reflect the varied contemporary practices being applied in highly technological fields. These can be further enhanced with complementary elective options resulting in  highly valued cross-disciplinary knowledge.
