About
Students develop the skills to succeed in planning, coordination and control of a construction management project from inception to completion. This course provides a solid academic foundation for the construction management, project management and quantity surveying professions.

Students gain an understanding of how buildings and assets are created and acquired through key construction management skills such as planning, costing and scheduling. Students also take studies in sustainability, law, economics and leadership, undertaking three research related subjects in the last 1.5 years of the course.

Graduates working in these professions are likely to organise and manage a vast number of people and resources across the building process to ensure the safe delivery of quality buildings, including high rise office buildings and apartments, factories, hotels, houses, complex hospitals or tourist facilities.
