The Certificate III in Hospitality combines entry-level practical food and beverage skills and relevant theoretical knowledge.
The Diploma of Hospitality Management provides students with a broad understanding of hospitality, and begins to explore in substantial depth, concepts relating to: wine knowledge, business operations, hospitality budgeting, workplace diversity, legal knowledge for business, rostering, and service quality.
The Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management qualification further develops students understanding in the areas of: business planning, financial operations, managing human resources, marketing strategies and property management.

The Certificate III in Hospitality is the only Hospitality course offered at the Lilydale campus.

Pathways exist into the Diploma of Event Management from the Certificate III in Hospitality with academic credits of up to 6 months granted.
Pathways also exist into the Bachelor of Tourism & Hospitality Management and the Bachelor of Resort & Hotel Management from Diploma and Advanced Diploma qualifications with academic credits of up to 1 year (Diploma) or up to 18 months (Advanced Diploma) granted.
